Family Reunion

We had our Family Reunion this last weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. We headed to Eastern Oregon to The Property on Wednesday. The weather was perfect, it was like five days in Heaven! That's not to say there weren't the occasional ups and downs. It wouldn't be the reunion if someone didn't go to the hospital. This years victim was my dad- Bob. With a combination of overworking, dehydration, medication side effects, and stress he had a two day stay in the Bend hospital only to find out he has an Atrial fibrillation. He can still function but will be seeing some specialists in the coming weeks to learn about all his options. My grandpa John (the patriarch) was able to come for two days, but with his radiation treatment (for throat cancer) he had to leave early. Overall, it was great reunion. We got to see family members from my moms side and even dads brother Chris stopped by. Bailey only ate junk food and was filthy dirty everyday by 9:30 AM. Addison was a trooper and suffered her first sunburn (I felt horrible but who gets sunburned before 10 am?). We had such a great time we wish we could stay longer, but reality calls.
