On November 20th Bob (my father-in-law) turned 60 years old!
He came to Corvallis (where Stacy and Lisa live) thinking we were going to go out for birthday pizza. But as we walked out to the car Stacy grabbed his hand and led him into back salon where we had the party set up along with extra family and friends.
Tammie wanted to make a big deal for her hubby's 60th and got the idea for the dinner from my 30th.

Stacy keeping the kitchen organized.
The hair salon all decked out with rented tables, chairs, and linens.
The three big chefs- Robert, Stacy, and Lisa.
My nephew Brayden was a great server during the evening.
Jordan (nephew too) helped with serving and was on dish duty as well.
First course staying warm along with the dishes.
The menu for Resturant Six Zero, all seven courses.
Course One: Apple and Brie soup (made by Lisa)
Surprisingly delicious, the bacon cracklins didn't hurt either.
Course Two: Charcuterie Platter (made, assembled by Robert)
You know your typical chicken liver mouse, pork pate, and salami. It's basically a bunch of fancy lunch meats.
Course Three: Lamb Sugo (made by Robert & Stacy)
Just the fanciest ragu any of us have tasted.
Course Four: Scallop with apple hash (made by Robert)
I loved it with just a touch of cinnamon.
Course Five: Duck Brest with a pomagranite reduction (made by Stacy)
Amazing, who doesn't love duck fat!
Course Six: Cheese Board (assembled by Robert)
Blue cheese and honey combo was the best.
Course Seven: Banana Cream Pie (made by me)
Inspired by Papa Hyden's resturant, loved the different flavors.
After all the food we were stuffed, so we just sat around, sang songs, and talked.
It was a great evening and the best part was just spending time with family. The food was really good too!
At the end the grandkids came in and enjoyed the pie too.
