Hood to Coast in full effect

My family team FRIESS FLYERS our taking on Hood to Coast relay race.

The thunder/lightening storm calmed down around 5:30 am and we were able to get some sleep. 

I finished my first leg (#6) in about 54 min. = 8:03 pace!!! It was right around noon and the temperature rose from 70-82 degrees during my run. But it was great. I got 10 road-kills (passed 10 people).

Now we are showering at my house and then will head downtown this evening to start running again. 

So much fun and always a good time!!!
